Privacy Policy
Effective: April, 11 2010

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Big Brothers Big Sisters and/or its local chapters (collectively, “Organization”), and its service provider Innerfund, Ltd., a Nevada limited liability company (“Company,” and collectively with Organization, “we,” “us” or “our”) collect, use, maintain and disclose information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the www.forbbbs.org web site and any derivative or affiliated web sites on which this Privacy Policy is posted (collectively, the “Web Site”). We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting such changes to this page. You understand that you have the affirmative obligation to check this Privacy Policy periodically for changes, and you hereby agree to periodically review this Privacy Policy for such changes. The continued use of the Web Site following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes an acceptance of those changes.

Privacy

Company and Organization are committed to safeguarding the information Users entrust to us and believe that every User should know how we utilize the information collected from Users. The Web Site is not directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age online. Please note that the Web Site may contain links to other web sites. These linked sites may not be operated or controlled by Company or Organization. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these or any other web sites, and User accesses these web sites entirely at User’s own risk. We recommend that Users review the privacy practices of any other web sites that Users choose to visit.

Company and Organization are based, and this web site is hosted, in the United States of America. If User is from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law and User is registering an account on the Web Site, visiting the Web Site, purchasing products or services via the Web Site, or otherwise using the Web Site, please note that any personally identifiable information that User provides to us will be transferred to the United States. Any such personally identifiable information provided will be processed and stored in the United States by us or an independent contractor or service provider acting on our behalf. By providing your personally identifiable information, User hereby specifically and expressly consents to such transfer and processing and the uses and disclosures set forth herein.

The Information We Collect

Company and Organization may collect personally identifiable information from Users in a variety of ways. Personally identifiable information may include, without limitation, (i) contact data (such as a User’s name, mailing and e-mail addresses); (ii) demographic data (such as a User’s zip code, age and income); (iii) financial information collected to process purchases made via the Web Site or otherwise (such as credit card, debit card or other payment information); and (iv) other information requested during the account registration process or User’s use of the Web Site. If a User communicates with Company or Organization by e-mail or otherwise, posts messages to any forums, completes online forms, surveys or entries or otherwise interacts with or uses the features on the Web Site, any information provided in such communications may be collected by Company and Organization. Company and Organization may collect information about how Users use the Web Site, for example, by tracking the number of unique views received by the pages of the Web Site, or the domains and IP addresses from which Users originate. While not all of the information that we collects from Users is personally identifiable, it may be associated with personally identifiable information that Users provide us through the Web Site or otherwise. Other information that does not personally identify Users individually is collected by Company and Organization from the Web Site (such as patterns of utilization of the Web Site, the number and demographics of Users who searched for a particular term or who use a particular service and other demographic information that is de-identified). This information may be used by us and our independent contractors, service providers and third-party affiliates in order to improve the Web Site and in such other manners as they deem appropriate.

Company and Organization may use “cookies” or “web beacons” to track how Users use the Web Site. A cookie is a piece of software that a web server can store on Users’ PCs and use to identify Users should they visit the Web Site again. Users may adjust their web browser software if they do not wish to accept cookies. Company, Organization and our independent contractors and service providers may allow other companies, called ad networks, to serve advertisements to Users via the Web Site. Ad networks include third party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors and research firms. Some ads may be “targeted” to Users that fit a certain general profile. To deliver these ads properly, the Web Site may include a file, called a web beacon, from these ad networks within pages served by the Web Site so the networks may provide anonymous, aggregated auditing, research and reporting for advertisers as well as to target ads to Users while Users visit other web sites. These general targets may also be used by ad networks to display targeted ads on other web sites as a substitute for random, irrelevant ads. In addition, the Web Site may use the technology of ad networks to serve ads only when a particular User visits the Web Site. Ad networks may use non-personal information, such as state or zip code, in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of particular interest to Users while they visit this Web Site. Because a User’s web browser must request these advertisements and web beacons from the ad network’s servers, these companies can view, edit or set their own cookies, just as if the User had requested a web page from their site.

We may disclose personally identifiable information to investigate or prevent a violation by User of any contractual or other relationship with us or the perpetration of any illegal or harmful activity. Company may also disclose aggregate, de-identified and anonymous data based on information collected from Users to investors, potential partners, independent contractors and service providers that operate the Web Site and to advertisers and potential advertisers. Finally, Company may disclose or transfer personally identifiable information collected from Users in connection with or in contemplation of a sale of our assets or business or a merger, consolidation or other reorganization of our business, or as otherwise permitted by Users.

Security of Information

Information about Users that is maintained on Company’s and/or Organization’s systems is protected using industry standard security measures. However, we cannot guarantee that the information submitted to, maintained on or transmitted from our systems will be completely secure. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Web Site by any Users or third parties.

Please note that in certain circumstances, we may not be able to completely remove a User’s information from our systems (e.g., when a User’s information has been archived in either of our disaster recovery back-up systems or when such information has been de-identified and aggregated into our databases). Additionally, Company and Organization reserve the right to retain certain data for (i) legitimate business purposes, (ii) if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, (iii) as aggregated, de-identified data, (iv) for account recovery purposes, (v) if required by law, or (vi) as retained in Company’s or Organization’s data backup systems or cached or archived pages. All retained data will continue to be subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy to which User previously agreed. Contacting Company
